To help protect our patients and customers and ensure that every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we may require a receipt or decline a return or exchange in certain situations including:
Items that were not purchased directly from Marvel Health
Items that are defaced or damaged
Items without a receipt and a valid ID in our records
Items returned for personal reasons unrelated to product satisfaction

We will provide you with instructions on how to return products. Returns are processed in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Returns take 7 -10 days from the receipt of the item at our office in Christchurch.
